Sir, it's very knowledgful for beginners. I appreciate your way of teaching practically. Bending examples in practical support for learners and creativity of mind interesting ❤. Thanks
ОтветитьEgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggslent video. Thanx for sharing. You Rock!
Ответить❤ nice video thanks
ОтветитьNicely done.
ОтветитьCan you bend square tubes to create angles ?🤔✅
ОтветитьThanks for the video!
ОтветитьThis guy is amazing!
Alton Brown teaching and communication skills.
Thank you
Do I need some sand filler on my bending job?
ОтветитьBy far, the best explanation of what and why of tube bending, there's a reason your video has 2.7 M views!!
ОтветитьI know I am late to the game but just wanted to know if this video series is good for learning how to make frames for gy6 or Honda Ruckus style scooters.
ОтветитьToo bad tubing benders are like 5x the price of a pipe bender
ОтветитьThe back of the follower needs to be taken into account as well. If you're bending a short piece, you have to make sure the back end of the tube doesn't get pulled past the end of the follower, otherwise you crush it and mar the follower and die.
ОтветитьHere’s a formula I use to determine distance around a bend. Radius x 2 x 3.1416 divided by 360 degrees. Then take any angle for example 90 degrees, 4.5 x 2 x 3.1416 divided by 360 = 0.0785 constant for 1 degree of bend, 0.0785 x 90 degrees = 7.06 inches of material for a 90 degree bend in 1.5” tube at 90 degrees.
ОтветитьWhat tube bender are you using here?
ОтветитьYou can also use this formula to determine how much material it takes to make any angle of bend with any size die. All you need to know is the CLR (Center Line Radius) of the die your are using. (Center Line Radius (CLR) x Degree of bend x .0175) I use this formula any time I bend tubing.
ОтветитьI mounted my bender on some four foot long 2x10 boards, doubled up for strength. Anchored it through the boards from underneath with countersunk lag bolts. I park my car tire on one end and bend at the other! The bender on it's wood base slides under some shelves for easy storage also.
ОтветитьThanks for explanation, just getting started...❤🎉
ОтветитьI love it
ОтветитьHow do I create a 29" circle on an M125 Baileigh Pipe Bender? Do I need a larger die?
ОтветитьWhat do you think about the Harbor freight Tubing bender ? The roller style with a big wheel
ОтветитьThis is so interesting! Thank you so much for your time and excellence, sir!
ОтветитьThis video has been a huge help to me starting out. I still have a huge issue with kinking. I’m worried it’s the material I am using, chromoly tubing with a wall thickness of .056 and .062. Any insight is appreciated.
ОтветитьTy si iny borec.😀 Pozdrav zo Slovakii Ti posiela Martin.😂😀😊🙌🙆👍👌
ОтветитьWhy have you hijacked my device?? I can't do sgit on here now you are f&$()$- up make this stop now;;;
ОтветитьWhat's the point of the cut in the cheater bar?
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьWhat do you use if you want to bend 3" exhaust tube?
Ответитьgreat explanation but I'm versed but great straight forward info
ОтветитьFor those of you that are seeing this for the 1st. time, like me, ( 3/6/23) and want to buy this bender. the JD2 model 3 bender he is using, is now the (greatly) improved model 32. I was surprised how affordable the new version is, and the hydraulic option isn't much more. I will be getting the new Model 32 with the hydraulic option, mostly because it is affordable, but also because it doesn't need to be bolted to a concrete floor.
ОтветитьDid you ever consider the SWAG off road kit to adapt a 10 ton HFT air powered ram to your bender or do you prefer to do it by hand?
ОтветитьThis guy is good and does a great job of explaining to an average laymen.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI finally pulled the trigger and my very 1st good tubing bender is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I'm SO glad I found your videos!
ОтветитьCircumference
ОтветитьExcellent video thanks for sharing 😊
ОтветитьGreat video!!!
So, is this before you had your commercial fab shop, or just at home?
Buddy you described the process excellent. Such a help !!
ОтветитьNice!
Ответитьgot a question, ive got the model 4 bender, just getting aquainted to the bigger 2.5" round tube dies, .120 wall wants to walk up the u restraint die, jd didnt provision a tube clamp of any sort, not sure about where i can get a tube clamp at 2.5", or maybe you have another suggestion?
Ответитьthanks . usefull video
ОтветитьNow that hot water tank in the background. . Did you put lager diameter pipe on the hot water side yourself. It looks larger than standard piping.???
ОтветитьAesthetically is great. But if you want to look at performance, this machine is incorrect for exhaust tubing. A tube has 2 diameters. The outer and the inner. Let's say it's Φ50 with Φ47. When you bend a straight tube and form a radius, in the corner of that radius the inner diameter becomes smaller because it is inclining within, thus causing problems with the ICE gases cycle. The performance of your engine will drop about 6-10%, while your fuel consumption will increase by 10-15%. Keep in mind, you'll need to form a radius while STRETCHING it so that the inner diameter will remain the same. Cheers!
Ответитьa tool maker might call the shiny mark a witness.
ОтветитьWhere can I buy tubing
ОтветитьSuper awesome video! Thank you
Ответитьholy crap, 2.5 million views. Good for u
ОтветитьGreat video , thank you very much for sharing! I'm in the market right now for a bender , what model are you using ? Looks robust enough for my little shop to build a few cages
ОтветитьWhere can I buy a tube bender
Ответитьdon’t you need to add the bit for clamping with the bolt to the cost because you need it to bend it
ОтветитьJust re-watched this again and again I ask …why can’t I use the bending gauge as the cheater??
Ответить
