TRADER GLITCH / PERKS AND SKILLS TUTORIAL- 7 Days to Die Console Version Xbox Playstation PS4 Part 2

I started playing 7 day again after maybe 2/3 years since I just got a series x and I didn’t know the trader glitch.
It’s good cause I need a cement mixer (random gen) but I do not wanna waste 30 points.

I play on console and I do not have steel smithing but i can still craft forged steel in the forge. So i never feel the need to buy steel smithing

steel smithing, level 1 unlocks forged steel amd steel arrowheads, level 2 unlocks springs and level 3 is mechanical parts, 90 sp os a huge investment, normally only take level 1 as can salvageplenty of the springs and mechanical parts

The BooBie Trap has a chem station. It also has mines at the vendO, and scattered about the PoI.🦀far west then south. Its on a paved road. Ty 4 keeping console alive.

Steel Smith level 2 unlocks the Spring which is useless and level 3 unlocks the Mech Parts which are necessary to make a Wrench. You need 12 steel and 4 mech parts for a wrench.

What I'm wondering about the trader glitch... Is the object duplicated still invulnerable to damage ? And if so...making a base wall with the wooden beams from the trader in effect prevent any kind of damage? 🤔

Last-hitting blocks gives you the most xp for stuff, I think. Should science that.

I try to always punch grass around my base when I'm collecting plant fibers early because it gives athletics xp. Helps get sexy rexy up faster.

Sledge is my favorite weapon - mo powa and range than clubs, and so satisfying lol. But against a bunch of running zombies, I think the spiked club is better. They're squirrely, and the club is faster.

For heavy armor xp, stockpile first aid till you have all iron armor (or better) and decent hp. Then, let a handful of zombies beat you up at the same time. Pop a painkiller (for extra healing and stun protection just in case), and heal through it for a while to get xp very fast. I find it quite hilarious. Also raises medicine skill, and light armor skill from your clothing. You will lose some wellness, but it's easy enough to get back by that point.

The trader can sell the heavy bandit gas mask. Best in slot for your face, about 6x better than a bandana.

Medicine can be raised quickly early game by filling your inventory, minus 1 slot in your toolbelt, and crafting a whole bunch of normal bandages. They will go into the empty slot, and you can spam left trigger to use them almost as fast as they're being made. The healing bonus goes up quite fast, so it can be very useful in the first few days, when you don't have a lot of healing items.

For me it's: sexy rexy, pummel pete, miner 69er, survivor (for wellness gain bonus), and fast eddie. I rarely put more than 1 point into the camel. Being thirsty is very useful.

Ooooo you guys could science zombie pathing, and the heat map. Figure out what brings in the most screamers, and how many of those stations you need to spawn in the maximum amount of screamers. Use those zombies to science the pathing. Would be a good one.

Raising knife skills increase amount gained of meat, fat, bones and leather from animals

Preferred a shiv to cut the grass

Increase blade skills by using machete, hunting knife or shiv to cut grass

The glitch is easier than how you did it. Just hit what you want from the trader first, then kill the zombie. They don't have to be drawn inside of the trader compound.

Level one steel crafting unlocks steel and steel arrow-head. Level two unlocks spring crafting. Level three unlocks mechanicl parts rescipe

Ist level of steel smithing gives you the ability to carft forged steel and steel arrowheads. Level 2 gives you ability to craft springs and level 3 gives you the ability to craft mechanical parts. Kind of a waste after the first 30 skill points.

Heavy armor, just get hit a lot. Should be a natural for spartan...

I have never thrown points into gun smithing. You find so many schematics and just combining and repairing, you are up in no time for all your shells.

I think the trader glitch works outside of the trader ring as well...

Ah, yes, the trader dupe glitch the fastest way to get kicked from a play session. Also, tier 2 and 3 steel smithing juet lets you craft mechanical parts and springs quite pointless since its expensive to craft em

I have a question, I noticed the game gets very dark at night, would it be considered cheating if I maxed my brightness out at night until I find a mining helmet or flashlight?
