How to Farm Gluhar in #escapefromtarkov patch 13.5 Huntsman path Eraser

i think they changed boss spawns, they spawn in all the "old" locations now, I've found Glukhar in the Knight and Pawn buildings as well as underground Rosreserve store. The latter one is just awful, they simply don't push you (or only one at a time does) and I have not killed him yet as he is either killed by the time I bait all his guards or he/his guards kill me because I run out of like 3 flashbangs and need to push myself, which doesn't end quite well for me)
