Knew few people on herion some gave it up most died ,its up to the indervidual to try get help ,hardest thing or first step have to admit you have a problem ,next steps got talk to doctor or health people try get help if really want to give up ,i know first hand helped family member give up was hard but he got through other side .

Its disgusting how our own people get no help with the issues of homeless and have drug and drink problems but spend millions on illegal immigrants and give money to other countries but the government don't give a 💩 as they don't live like many others how stuggle even if they work and soon get into debt its even worse if your a single man i had many issues to get housed after many years of being homeless and was a heroin addict for 15 years even after working nearly all my life but im disabled now after ill heath after getting Covid and I've been clean for 3 years I've only got a council bedsit but it's better than nothing government needs to sort these problems out with our country

I went to rehab in Bournemouth Boscombe, i have been sober 25 years, there is a lot of support in Bournemouth lots of 12 step groups

God Bournemouth was a upper type of seaside town in the 60s

Bournemouth is my nearest big town to where I live. Every time I go (several times a week), it feels more dangerous with each visit. I see lots of addicts shuffling along - many more than there used to be.
