Side stepping was done really well as that is the main strat when dealing with Kazuya. SWE’s problem was that he just kept rushing in not waiting for an opening. To be effective in this type of match I would think that Keisuke’s style of play with Kazuya would have been more effective. This felt like watching a player who was good enough to make the practice team vs the player who was good enough to make the main roster.

TMM played poorly in comparison to what he usually does, but S2 felt like Kazuya lost tools against Reina stance dilberish

I've noticed a lot of players gravitating towards Reina this season. Ulsan, Keisuke and Joka to name a few. Really exciting to see what these pros can do with her. I still don't think she's any closer to top tier with the new buffs, but she's definitely a bit stronger.

Main man pointlessly spamming backdash in neutral is so like a cringe habit of a new player learning the game. I don’t understand what he thinks he’s doing. You never bait out whiffs just by spamming 6-7 backdashes
