They barely showed Rose Handbury. Wish the place had a bit more light during the showing. The details were obscured. I do understand they normally try to preserve everything by keeping the place dark.

As much as I love French chateaux and hotels particuliers there's nothing which can compare to an English country house. And there are so many!!! From Chatsworth to Blenheim Palace and Althorp House...the absolute beauty of the decor, furniture, paintings, architecture, landscaping and all the rest make for beauty par excellence. Thanks for this glimpse into greatness and magic!!!
