I mean Wtf..badass! Please tell me it's still going strong 8 years later?
ОтветитьI'm guessing you have counter rotating props ???
ОтветитьW
Did you design the bracket yourself? If not, where can I find a replica of it?
Hello. How much did you pay for your motors?
ОтветитьAmazing. I want to find one of those motors.
ОтветитьGood Morning. I have the same set up and will probably add a similar cooling fan. Could you tell me what you are using for motor mounts.? I am trying to eliminate as much motor noise as possible and will be insulating around motor so cooling is necessary.
ОтветитьPrecisamos desse sistema no Amazonas! Urgente!
ОтветитьI like this video
Ответить9kw wtf why so big ???? I'm cruising my 54ft steel narrowboat using two 1.25kw 24v trolling motors !!! I havnt reached top speed yet nor will I need to ! Half speed provides me more than enough propulsion ...
At moment they power off 4 x 100amph led acid 12v cranking batteries in series... when these batteries ware out I will exchange them for semi traction batteries .
At the moment I just get a two to three hour cruise with a maximum speed of roughly 3mph .. which is plenty fast enough on inland waters
I thought it was RC!!
ОтветитьКарлсон вернулся?
ОтветитьElegant
ОтветитьHow can we get more information on this setup?
ОтветитьJacob....found your site....
ОтветитьIs this a model or is it a scale boat? And those electric motors, where can I buy?
ОтветитьAnd now a nice Lister diesel generator to power those electric motors
Ответить24 second video because the batteries died at 26...
ОтветитьHow are you sustain in power to the motor I don't see this being a good idea and itself you have to generate power from somewhere either solar panels we're battery storage what do you do if you run out of power in the middle of the water?
ОтветитьNo flywheel.?For power. And momentum?
ОтветитьToo slow...
ОтветитьAhhhhh quiet!
ОтветитьHow fast does it go?
ОтветитьOn my old ww2 navy ship it used steam turbine/generator to power electric motor drive and to be able to provide power over board in primitive facilities
ОтветитьNiiiiiice conversion! Much better than a diesel motor.
ОтветитьUse diesel engines, no electrics
ОтветитьWHERE DO THE ELECTRIC MOTORS GET THERE POWER FROM?
ОтветитьThat’s what I’m talking about 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
“You pull it” car 🚗 🚙 🚘 junk yards
.............. here I come.
Thank you for sharing. Nice job 👍.
I’ve been wanting to do the exact thing.
Peace.
Sweet conversion!
Ответить5-7kts no on plane?
Nice job.
You have video when this boat run on water
ОтветитьWith that 1.77:1 pulley what's the cruising speed super interested in this conversion
ОтветитьSir how to make a electric outboard motor
ОтветитьUnfortunately there is no prices on your website .
ОтветитьThis electric motor has IP code 20, meaning there is no protection against water. Didn't you have any
worries (or later any problems) about having no water insulation?
What kind of range does the boat get?
ОтветитьI had a few questions.
Each of these motors is 9 kW or about 12 horsepower. Weren't the stock engines around 200 horsepower each?
How fast can you go? And is it possible to run these motors directly from a generator? Any links to technical data would be appreciated.
I am having a heck of a time figuring out where to buy these LMC motors. Do you have any advice?
ОтветитьTalk about putting the old girl on a diet. How much weight did you shave off ??
ОтветитьHey how long can you run the motor before the batteries get to 50%? How long does it take to charge the batteries?
ОтветитьHey I have exactly the same batteries in my 18' Duffy classic. Are the gear belts noisy? I am currently running dual V-belts, thought about switching to micro-V or poly-V. I'm only 2kW so don't need monster torque transfer.
Ответитьthis is brilliant... iv'e been interested in doing this to my 1965 Tollycraft 38' with v-drives. Can you run these motors off of a moderate size generator or do you need all the batteries?
Ответить
