Also the last elected President and Chancellor cannot be elected Chancellor in the following round. Also the girl in the yellow shirt who was the President when the 2nd fascist card got played should have been the one to investigate. In terms of failed govt's it has to be 3 in a row. It resets after a govt in elected.
