Hello Sir, after watching your video i still dont understand that you said that buffer had almost no current go through it due to high impedance. But if buffer have no current go through it, how it can supply current for the next circuit? . Hope you help me Sir.

I try to use NOR gate IC which get input from CD4026 and the result doesn't follow the truth table. Instead of getting 1&1=0, I get 1&1=1
I suspect that current the flow into the input of NOR gate is not enough. So the NOR gate interpret the signal as LOW. Is this reason that I need to use Buffer?
