Mine is sony vaio VPCEB14EN, If I shutdown the laptop and charge it, charging is working fine. But when the laptop is on, power connection going ON and OFF continuously and it's not charging. What could be the problem, is it battery issue or charger issue and how we can fix it?. Thanks in advance!

i've been working on laptops for over a decade. this happens with other laptop brands too. i think the laptop has some type of safety feature built in when it gets too hot and disables itself from powering on.
if this happens to you wait a few hours or try again the next day.
