In the 2024 election, the Right to Privacy will determine who I vote for. I believe no one has the right to know without letting me know first. That is the Right thing to do in every situation.

Privacy has been lost for awhile. Every email you send, every message you send is read by the service provider. Your smart phone is always listening. When was the last time you had a conversation about a product and the next day it pops up on your smart phone?

This is easily one of my favorite videos on privacy. I have sent it to many friends to open discussion with.

The best way to monitor an employee or spy on a cheating spouse is with dedicated apps, which rely on just the victims phone number or email. whenever the victims get a call, text or receive an email from a number and addresses listed in the database, the app will notify you with a message displayed on your screen. Alternatively, you can also use this app to monitor your kids and employees online activity or for any other purposes. There are a number of apps like these available in the Play Store — some are free, while others require a subscription. consider Global's app, send them an email to ([email protected]) I personally have used them and i'm satisfied with their services and top notch customer service. Additionally, you do not need physical access to the victim's phone to be able to intercept their data. Features differ from carrier to carrier, as does pricing and availability.

I got up in the middle of night and went to bath room..for the first time for a long time, I didn't hear the "willed" tapping on the wall from my next door neighbor.. this just confirmed to me once again, this willed neighbor is always "monitoring" every movement we make in our house through the wall..Not even mention that he used to burn me and my husband with microwave laser weapons while we were sleeping. This world of technology is sooo scary..Ppl think that they can have upper hand over you just BECAUSE they "can". (from Lauren)

through random searches I found this tedx piece.
I have repeatedly spoke of this. granted not as knowledgeable of the exact laws or the lack of them. I have had over years numerous identity theft moments and every time I was puzzled as to the how when and why of it. that anyone at any point and time can not only say they are me but open hack or post anything as if they are me. I am in total agreement that living under a microscope can deter a person from feeling safe let alone respected. it seems just as he said single moments in life can be used to portray a person for reasons from hatred to fun in which now through media often are used to hurt someone. I do not believe that a single part of technology at the beginning was started to spy hurt or insult another human being. that each act of using technology to invade encompass or deter another human being of their life opinions happiness love bad and good days takes once again just another step towards hurting all of us. through some type of technological acceptance that their privacy is not important as long as I get what I want and my privacy is not imvaded. it is as if just like a newspaper years ago they were the only type of informative daily news their perspective. that we have a choice to pursue the truth but what point does our privacy become important. is it only till our own personal lives are effected. so what happened to the golden rule, respect of each other, loving kindness, gracious acts to give each other the right to live, love exist. that one person refusal to participate in another human beings privacy but some choose to justify their reasoning behind it. all the time to me is wrong, it is taking the feeling of being safe away everywhere.
