I am by no means a dancer, I actually often laugh at my dance moves because they can get so silly 😅. I was a little nervous making this video for that reason, but I honestly just had fun with it, and it turned into something that was a blast AND burned calories. ОтветитьI hardly ever finish a new workout video the first time I do one, but this one was so fun that it went by fast! I love how she varied the moves so much that I never got bored. But also, even though I'm very overweight right now, I was able to finish the whole thing without a problem. Do more 80's/90's videos please!

You obviously smile throughout the workout to lift the mood of those who train with you, but I think I would have enjoyed it even more if you didn't force yourself to smile throughout the workout, it would have more reflected your natural and authentic personality and it would actually have made me feel more comfortable and relaxed during the workout. In my opinion it is best to smile only if you are happy or having fun and it is not worth smiling for any other reason or purpose.

ОтветитьI am so grateful to you Jo!! I've started working out at least three times a week with you, and I don't dread it- I can't say I exactly look forward to it, but for me, that's revolutionary. I have fibromyalgic, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS and a whole host of other mental illnesses, so exercise is SOOOO key for my wellbeing, plus I've been in recovery from an ED for years and any weight gain is a trigger for me (or loss, for that matter). With your workouts, I've been able to maintain my weight and I feel better with my physical and my mental illnesses. Your moves are easy and your workouts are totally doable for anyone, and I feel so much less worried about my long term health knowing I"m doing cardio 3+ times a week now like I should. I love your positivity, I love your encouragement, I love how accessible you make this for everyone and I absolutely loveeeee the variety of videos you've got! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see more 25-35 minute workouts and please, more EDM!!!! ALL my love and gratitude to you!!! You're truly changing lives.
ОтветитьDay 2 of doing your 15 to 20 minute workouts. I have been doing the 5 minute bloat one for almost 3 weeks and I am definitely starting to feeling better. Consistency is the key!! 💐Thank you for these workouts! 💝
