Some people don't understand WAR!!!( When you are going to build a TANK, it has to be CHEAP, REPAIRABLE, and EFFECTIVE. You can build a 90 million U.S. DOLLAR tank and take 5 years to build it and it could last 5 minutes in a HOT FIRE FIGHT.
