It is always about the money. No surprise there. The amount they were getting is very low when you think of the stars on Friends getting a Million an episode, and CSI NY was just as popular. The main stars should have gotten that much. The producers of the show were getting millions from advertisers for those time slots on popular TV shows. They have to realize it is the charism of the actors and how they all mesh that makes the TV show popular with a good script. The blend of all those actors were dynamic. NY was my favorite of all the CSI shows. I miss the show. Thank goodness for reruns.

I certainly did not like Jorja Fox at all. her character was my least favorite by far - everything she spoke it was so cringy.

New MacGyver was never as good when George Eads(Jack Dalton) left by far!!!! MacGyver & Jack Dalton made that show great!!! There will never be another like MacGyver & Jack Dalton; THEY WERE THE BEST ALL TIME , FOREVER HANDS DOWN!!!!!

Only actor I liked was William Peterson. His great acting is due to his being a stage actor, which shows, which he went back to after leaving, obviously more fulfilling for him.
Disliked Hodges character hugely. Rest of them, nah.

George Eads & Jorja Fox we’re making $100,000 per each episode of CSI, & they’re contracts with CBS were due to expire. CSI was a hit & William Peterson was making $600,000 per episode. It has been alleged that CBS is notorious for not paying their employees their worth. Jorja Fox and George Eads each had a contract with CSI/CBS, & they were each paid $100,00 per episode. It has been alleged that Jorja and George’s contracts were due to expire and CBS was not willing to negotiate the terms of their contracts. CBS had already agreed to pay them an extra $20,000 per episode. Jorja and George both released statements which stated neither of them wanted to terminate their contract. CBS immediately took them back, but they were not offered contracts similar to William Peterson’s.

I wish they could find a way to bring back most of the original CSI cast (at least those who were not killed off.), but they won't because it looks like this is supposed to be CSI: The Next Generation.

I watch Csi for like a gazillion times since I was in college.. I ended up downloading all 16 season just to binged watch it everynow and then. Its the only Tv series that I'll will never give up watching until I get old simply because I learned so much from it and makes me love science.. Catherine is the coolest character and my favorite.. From a pole dancer to head of Csi.. And she brings so much personality to the character.. No wonder she has so much movies and part of many shows.. Nick is like the young brother of the family because his character is sometimes run as a crybaby.. Though hes still the most handsome.. He has the face and the body.. What I like about Sarah is her smart ass nerd, practical and vulnerable character due to her family background.. Another nerd is Greg.. A cool nerd character, immature and with corky personality.. I liked him as a Labrat than a field mice though. Im really aad whwen Warricks character died.. Hes the bad apple becaue of his gambling habbit but still hes a smart CSI compared to Nick.. Well ofcourse theres Grissom.. Smart, nerd and weird sometimes.. And I like it.. I always love his punch line and the way he delivered some trivia almoat every episode which I think lacks on the new season now and makes it boring for me. I love Jim as well. Hes like the cool and caring father you want to have with lots of funny punch line aswell is .. The way he smile complement to his baby face.. I love also the labrats especially Hodges and Archi plus super Dave and Doc.. They add so much substance and fun to the show.. There are more characters comingin but the original cast is the best.. Im not a big fan of the new Csi reboot just coz I cant appeal to the characters its fast paced and the way they show the lab process is more techy unlike before where they do actual experiments.. And the props are unreal and well curated to look like a tv show.. And people are not that interesting.. So far other than Sarah and Grissom, the only character I find interesting is the asian dude. 😂

I can't believe that episode 10 of CSI: Vegas is being called the season finale. A 10 episode "season"? Has CBS turned into a Netflix with these ridiculously short seasons?!? CSI:Vegas should have had at least 22 episodes.

Eh, who cares?!! The show was getting stale anyway. It wasn't the same after Petersen (Grissom) left. They both were probably done a favor.

I just watched the first episode and even though I knew Gil was going to be on there when i seen him at the end of the ep I squealed and screamed like a little girl.... So i guess you could say he is my favorite.

I'm noticing a lot of hypocrites in the comment section. You all complain about them being greedy. I'm sure your bosses say the same thing about all of you, when you ask for a raise. In regards to the Grissom/Sidle story line get over it and stop wining.

Sara Sidle wasn't my favorite. I always liked Catherine Willows. Wish they would've brought back Nick & Catherine. Never liked Hodges either but so glad we have Grissom and Brass back!!!

Yeah, Jorja Fox was never a *fan favorite*, we all use to wonder why that character was even in the show and longed for it written out! The character was written as the alcoholic *Debbie Downer*, depressed, boring and whinny! The gang and I will be passing on this re-boot!
