How many reps of the last exercise?
Ответитьwould the same workouts be done for golfers elbow too or just flip the movements around ?
ОтветитьTQ... Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьSo, it seems like the plan is to strengthen the forearm and wrist. Will the normal lifting for forearms help over time? Like reverse curls and wrist curls?
ОтветитьI have tennis elbow and golfers elbow in both arms...Will these exercises aggravate my golfers elbow and will your golfers elbow exercises aggravate my tennis elbow?
ОтветитьGood exercises but you don't say how many reps and sets for the 3rd exercise
ОтветитьThanks for the info! I wonder if my AC separation has lead to this, as it only occurs on the same arm as the separation. Also love the gym, from the looks of it there is no fluff.
Ответитьfor the weight part, can i gradually increase overtime eventually to be able to do like 10lbs starting from 2lbs? will this help strengthen my elbow alot?
ОтветитьThanks Eric! I had some wicked TE for almost a year. Could barely stretch my arm out and grab even a glass of water. Started doing these exercises religiously. I was pretty much pain free in about a month. Now when i get flair ups, i revisit this bookmarked video and get at it again. It's been a godsend!
ОтветитьAfter doing these one time, noticeable difference in my pain levels.
ОтветитьJust like to say it works guys give it a go this guy is Truely amazing I have had it on both sides and it’s gone well done and thank you
ОтветитьHi Eric , thanks for the content! Is it possible that my bicep pain (not upper or lower tendonitis , the pain is in the middle of the upper arm) is connected to tennis elbow?
ОтветитьThanks this works istantly for me... 💪💪💪
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьYou mentioned 4-6 reps for the first exercise but did not mention how many sets. You didn't mention how many sets for the 3rd exercise either. Is it just one set for those? (you mentioned 3 sets for exercise #2). I've been struggling for over a year, and I'm very hopeful with these exercises. Would love some clarification. Thanks!
ОтветитьI’ll have to try these cause I have tennis elbow for almost a year now and when I get pain it’s in my elbow goes right up to my tricep shoulder and neck and get tingling in my fingers I going to a chiropractor soon but I’m looking for some good exercises to do until then… I went to physio twice a week for almost 5 months and also got acupuncture done which eventually got the pain to go away but 3 months later it all came back
ОтветитьI have an odd case of Tennis Elbow.
I can bench press and it's fine and the pain immediately feels totally better afterwards (only to come back later) I can even do cable pully and lat pulldown but pull ups is insane pain.
I can do EZ bicep curls and it's ok but if I do say seated DB curls it's painful.
I've been doing these exercises for a few days and it is starting to feel better thank you.
I saw another video that you did a few months ago that says about gripping wrong like if your little finger is too dominant when gripping. Is that going to be the reason particular curls and wide pull ups cause me problems?
Regards
This video help me over come tennis elbow 🎉
ОтветитьHi thank you for sharing this buddy.
I wanted to know could you tell me how many times a day roughly should I do this?
Once a week or once a day?
😊
First video I came across with exercises that truly work for this. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWith the 2nd exercise, in full wrist extension, a tight grip is recommended. Should the grip remain be tight while lowering slowly?
ОтветитьExtended flare to flex fist - how many of those recommended?
ОтветитьWonderful information. Thank you very much!
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьHi coachie love your content mate and thank you so much I was just going to ask a question how long do I have to do this before I can start doing bicep curls and push up as I really want to get started on them could you help me please 🙏 thank you so much
ОтветитьConcise and to the point. Your breakdown and exercises actually helped, thank you.
I like the dig at Dr Jo with the hand bending.
Hey thanks for the vid. Just wondering what other classic gym exercises can we do over time to strengthen whatever muscle weakness is causing the problem. I mostly do climbing and moderate weight lifting. Someone said kettle bell swings, what are your thoughts on that? Thanks in advance
ОтветитьThank you very much!😀
ОтветитьIs it okay to feel pain? Exercise three is painful for me.
ОтветитьThanks a lot. .let me try

ОтветитьI had this tennis elbow in my left Arm like 3 months ago. I didn't use any medicine and kept doing my gym. I got well but now from last week, I got pain again in my right arm. The same pain and same symptoms. I do the gym on regular basis. I think in the coming one or two months this pain will go away inshAllaH. 🙏
ОтветитьHave had tennis elbow for over two years now. Tried PT, dry needling, acupuncture, dumbells eccentrics and daily Tyler twists. I don't have any shoulder problems or health issues. Have you come across patients that never heal this??
ОтветитьThank you sir, it helped reduce my pain greatly.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing, I tend to have tennis elbow pain at times but have some type of calcification in that area or a knot “ what would you recommend to alleviate some of that pain so that I can get back to curling?
ОтветитьLove you man! Much love. Much blessings.
