ОтветитьI made this cake today for Mother’s Day and it came out so moist and delicious! The only thing I will probably change next time is the ganache. Even though I like semisweet chocolate and used the Ghirardelli chips that you showed in your written recipe, it just tasted a little too bitter even though I didn’t use the espresso. So I may do 1/2 milk chocolate chips next time or a different topping altogether. The cake was 100% a winner though!
ОтветитьI just finished the cake portion of these recipe, and I have to say that it wasn't nearly as easy for me as it appeared to be for you. My batter was really thick and didn't poor as easily as yours....not close. I'll return when the whole thing's finished.
ОтветитьI never considered myself a baker but now after making several of your recipes I have found that it’s something I enjoy. I just need this chocolate Bundt cake yesterday and it’s amazing. The crème brûlée,and the olive oil cake are as well but the coffee cake and peanut butter cookies are the ones my family asked me to make all the time. Thank you for sharing your recipes.

ОтветитьThis is so similar to my great grandma's chocolate cake recipe. It's a family secret so I can't divulge too much, but she uses boiling water instead of oil. But I think that has more to do with that being a depression era recipe.

ОтветитьO. M. G. My new favorite cake. I didn’t get to put the ganache on it last night because we all broke into it while it was still warm! It tastes as good as it looks. I’ll have to ganache the remaining cake today. Super moist and creamy tasting! Your recipes are the best!
