I’m monitoring my calories with my fitness pal, and i’ll be checking in daily
Day 1: I got to 13 minutes, but i’m going to do it later again today so i can reach 26 mins all together, hopefully on day 2 i can get 30 minutes in one run!!

I lost 6 Ibs in 8 days doing this and 'Lose 10 Pounds by yesterday' workout and in calorie deficit. Incredible. Very grateful for your workouts, Adrian.

ОтветитьHi Adrian, I know it's been four years but if I eat whatever I want and do this exercise will I still see a change? Or do I have to follow the food diet you are recommending? Also what parts of the body do these exercise target? If i do just this exercise and consistent running would it be enough? And if i lost my desired weight, do you have any exercises to maintain that weight? Last question i swear, after i loose my desired weight, would i gain all the weight back or would it stay the same?
