Man, if Wanda can defeat Thanos, imagine what The Scarlet Witch would have done?

Something that went unnoticed: Calling this scene part of Wanda's journey into her "descent into madness" or whatever the hell Multiverse of Madness was trying to paint her character arc as in an extremely poor and disrespectful character assassination, undermines what Wanda was actually doing here. Moments before she showed up, T'Challa had just lost hold of the gauntlet which could be used to kill everyone. Wanda didn't go after Thanos immediately, if she were, she would have reached him before this moment, but she was actually showing restraint. She didn't attack him until she saw that the gauntlet was in danger, and she needed to buy T'Challa time to escape. This wasn't just some vengeful moment, it was Wanda buying everyone time or else everyone was gonna die. She probably doesn't think T'Challa can't take on Thanos, but to her, not letting Thanos take even more people was her top priority. And it actually makes this moment all the more satisfying and also makes me hate what Multiverse of Madness did all the more.

The only 2 lines that Wanda said in those scenes and the way Elizabeth delivered them was perfect, both of them gave me chills

Wanda is the only one who has the power to kill Thanos (shes soo powerful in the comics coz she absorbed her powers from a very powerful Elder God) . If u know her origin story you know that. If only the script writers had let it happen ugh 🙄😒
