It’s only baby hairs if it’s the hairline. The hairs sticking up throughout is breakage / damaged. Imo. I have the same issue from making the same deep part for years. Now I can’t part it there anymore 😢

Don't worry about baby hair Tina. It's only temporary. Eventually in one or two years later, it will stop.

Unbiased opinion, no clue who Kiu is, and not going to sugar coat like the other comments. But I found it unprofessional for him to tell a client that it is the worse case his seen and laugh at her worries when she already expressed insecurity. Not sure if it's lost in translation. Also his hair cut is average here....and hair color...any average stylist can darken hair color. I hope he cost you average price korean salon price tag base on this video. He did not sell me on his skill or professionalism.
