I have a resident that says her grandmother and a couple of aunts were shot and killed by indigenous men but they kidnapped her uncle who was 6yo while the grandpa was gone. Her GPA asked around about the men then found out they sold his son to a woman in Mexico for whiskey. After a few years a friend saw the son and went back to tell her grandpa then he waited like 2 weeks and went and said the little boy saw him then instantly ran to him crying but forgot how to speak English.
ОтветитьI’m a new subscriber. Awesome stuff
ОтветитьAwsome stories. Any from south Texas?
ОтветитьI enjoy your videos. My wife is from west Texas and has Apache background. I am Irish with a touch of Blackfoot. Keep the history alive
Ответитьits pronounced sa-noi-ta not sonocia
ОтветитьSonoita is not pronounced "So Noasha", it's pronounced "SO NOY-TA"
ОтветитьYAYYY! I found the Mickey Free Story! Cool! Listening now. 👍 👍
ОтветитьLove these but can you lose the photo sound? Distracting.
ОтветитьGreat stories! Thanks! Why not say what they did to the captives instead of saying “got creative” ?
ОтветитьCochise's brother had TB, and some Mexican killed this brother. Cochise tortured the Mexican by burying him up to his neck and watching ants eat him alive.
ОтветитьLove the channel, keep up the great work.
ОтветитьComanche were much worse than the Apache. Id much rather come across an Apache tribe from the 1800s than a Comanche.
Ответить👏
Ответитьwhy this fat faced man needs to be in front of camera, and make BAD jokes is too much. great topics, well researched, but his need to insert of himself, really ruins it.
ОтветитьThat traders boring!
ОтветитьNo. Tom Horn didn't kill that kid. Had an acquaintance whose granny said on her death bed who the killer actually was and it wasn't Horn.
ОтветитьStrange that not being allowed to beat their wife's was a reason to break out of a rez, I'm sure the no alcohol had something to do with it as well as the shitty life on the rez ugh people are people no matter what, its sad
ОтветитьGREAT
ОтветитьPleasing presentation and vocal tone. Thank you.
ОтветитьHey, I just want to say that your videos are absolutely great. You're clear and concise, explaining all of this well, without becoming too focussed/complicated for it to be understood. You've definitely got my subscription and you deserve far more.
I've really been enjoying your work and it has sparked an interest in me for this time period
more time on the old pictures please, interesting
ОтветитьNot dragon but dragoon
ОтветитьDo a video on the Navajo.
ОтветитьBeing quite fond of history and a bit of a student, your presentations are very good and well researched. Thanks keep it up. 👍✌️
ОтветитьI live in New Mexico, my family has been here as far back as we can trace. We have a "kidnapped" story in our family too. My great great great great great grandmother was half native American and half white, she looked native American but had green eyes and light skin, she use to tell the story of how her mother was taken by native Americans after the natives had killed her family. Her mother was a white woman and only a baby at the time. I guess she eventually married into the tribe and my great×5 gma was her first and only child. Her name as I know it is grandma kika she eventually married a Spanish man and there my family begins. But even my grandmother has native American features even though both her parents were Spanish.
ОтветитьJust found your channel and you do a great job. Very informative. One question I’ve always wondered about the Apache and Comanche people. What role did they have if any during the Civil War? I don’t recall reading anything about them during that period in our country’s history. Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьGætteri👎🏻 er det samme som en røver historie fra de varme lande 🇩🇰Denmark🇩🇰
Ответитьlove your channel brotha. keep em coming!
ОтветитьCool channel, interesting stories and relatable delivery. 🍒

New subscriber keep up the good work
ОтветитьSubbed. Really digging your content
ОтветитьLove the stories but hate the repetitive camera click noises between scenes. Just my feedback
ОтветитьIt is a very good thing that the Apache and other "Indian" scum were eradicated like the despicable insects they were. Kudos to the U.S. Cavalry.
ОтветитьIn the book ''Nine Years Among the Indians'', Herman Lehman who was captured by the Apache says they were some of the meanest people ... particularly towards their women. This is in context as he later joined the Comanche.
ОтветитьGotta do a story on the Native groups of present day Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida and how they intermingled with the slaves.
Ответитьyou are doing a great job
Ответитьvery very interesting
ОтветитьAre you purposely trying to mirror the popular dark and mysterious guys channel? Or is it by accident? Really curious. Honest question.
ОтветитьGreat content! It’s clear you take time to research, and you try your best to remain objective in your story telling. Very entertaining, thank you!
ОтветитьDid I miss something here?? Mickey free was Hispanic his father was Santiago Telles and Maria Martinez. You portray it as though he was an Anglo child. Yes he was Mexican and white a concept most Americans can’t seem to comprehend.
ОтветитьYour ability to tell a story, of relevance and historical value is amazing!
ОтветитьHope you're open to suggestions - I'd love to see more time on images.
ОтветитьComanche = deadiest
ОтветитьGood, thx
ОтветитьReally enjoy these stories. I like truth and Native Americans have great history but I won't listen to propaganda where one groupbgood one group bad. This seemed truthful because one of those tribes used to slow roast their victims like a pig so the screams would terrify their enemies
Ответитьlove your style and your videos
