Just buy raw honey...keeps forever and at room temp it is semisolid so not as messy as " liquid" honey.

ОтветитьWarm water takes forever, and keeps getting cold while you wait (and hot water damages nutrients). Plus it will recrystallize quickly. I just stir it. It will remain crystallized, but will become fluid and stay that way. And stirred won't drip from the spoon as much as melted honey.

Real honey does not crystalize like that. Honduran honey is always liquid. In my country if it crystalizes it is bad honey, and it has been mixed with sugar. 🫢

ОтветитьThe cheap honey I got from the supermarket does this but I also live in England.
ОтветитьAfter a few months, I realized that the reason my honey kept crystalizing is because I had it sitting on the side of my blender that shoots out hot air. I stopped doing that and problem solved but I do still have some that I've been spooning in smoothies - gonna try this to get the crystals to melt! TY!

ОтветитьMy grandfather raised bees and had a huge company. His honey never crystalized bc he didn't add sugar to it and ruin it!! Crystals are a sign of added refined, deadly sugar!! Don't buy it!!
