Today was the first day of watching this vedio….it helped me a lot think of my self more valuable….lately I was depressed by everything around .i felt lonely was the only way to survive without being burden to other by saying what’s going on inside my head and self….these comforting words made me think of my self while crying and actually it stopped after listening….thank you so much for the comforting words and positive thoughts of making someone think of themselves positive while drowning in lonely….

I never understood what is the use of encouragement and how it can make some people's day as It never does anything for me.
I've seen in real life how a little bit of encouragement can give people wings and make them happy. It gives people hope and confidence. And i always encourage people, its just not for me personally.

Hello Bob, I wanted to let you know how your videos are helping me in my every day life...and during extremely challenging moments, like the one I am experiencing right now. I am working and listening to this video at the same time. I have listened to it about 3 times now. The anxiety has been intense the last few days because of a devastating event that happened in my life in August 2022. I have been doing what I can do get myself out of this intense sadness....however it is difficult at times when I feel completely debilitated. When I listen to your videos, especially this one, it is a balm on my mind and the emotions I am experiencing. I feel like you are speaking with me as a good friend . At 61 years young, I find myself needing to create a new life for myself...and not only do I find it daunting....I don't have people around in proximity therefore I deal with almost everything on my own. I am grateful my fur baby is by my side. All of this to say I am grateful to you and the work you do. Thank you very much. 🙏
