Madam along with pink salt use iodine Cristal salt also, otherwise can face deficiency of iodine. Even coconut oil add balance of omega fatty acids it doesn't contain.

I just have some concerns about oxalates both in the bajra and in the amla. Soaking reduces phytic acid but not oxalates.
Use green moong dal along with bajri for a more tastier version.

Ответитьnon organic pulse and whole grain may also contain dust and dirt, its nothing to do with being organic....for that matter, in the godown in India or Europe it may also be exposed to mouse and rat urine....so kindly do always wash, whether the seller claims its organic or not.
