Ответить🍾 I keep my temp set to 68 but sometimes I give it a boost to 71. When the power was out for 10 days the house was 41 degrees. Did you hear about Chollera cases recently? It still exists

ОтветитьThank you sir. I make Tepache without sugar in the good old recipe. I use squeezed grape juice to feed the bacteria and let it ferment with pineapple rind, ginger, cinnamon, chilli and cloves.

I just tried this, using the same tart cherry juice you did, and it totally worked! Awesome! (I left mine for a full 48 hours, because the house is much colder in winter.) I thought it wasn't working at first, because it wasn't super-bubbly. (I could shake it up pretty good without an explosion or a ton of fizzing or anything); But, it did work. I am so happy! I drank some last night before bed. It was good! It does have that same bubbly, bitey fizz to it that kombucha does. I love that I can make this myself, it doesn't have caffeine, and it has no sugar added into it. I do plan on trying it with coconut water too, someday; But for now I'm really liking the tart cherry, and I think I'm going to stick with that. Thank you again for sharing this idea, John. - I really, really appreciate it!!!

ОтветитьIf the kombucha organism S. Boulardi can ferment fruit juice in 24 hours, can it ferment honey-sweetened Rooiboos tea that fast? Kombucha from tea usually takes 1 - 3 weeks.

ОтветитьWould you do a video of Dr. Davis's S. Bubtilis fermented drink too? I can't find it since I watched it. He made it with Kombucha from Aldi's that has B. Subtilis and let it ferment at room temperature but then I heard he during interviews saying to use B. Subtilis DE111 strain with 1 capsule per bottle of juice and to ferment it at 90F. I'd love to see you make the B. Subtilis both of his ways. This was a great video.
