Oh, and Oxy cleaner for the wine stain.
ОтветитьI own a Tiny House and when i sit on my bed in the loft, my head brushes the center beam. I could easily live in this apartment. More space than I have now! 😄
ОтветитьVery nice! Thank you for the tour!

ОтветитьHi, Anna! Like!
ОтветитьSister, I want to come to Seoul in South Korea on D2 visa in March intake, so please tell me such a university which has classes only 2 or 3 days a week.
ОтветитьLove your place.
ОтветитьWait what? In Greece, and not even in Athens or the islands but just random nothern Greece places we have to pay 500-600€ for small old ugly appartments ... And our average salaries are 700€ .... Should I move there? 😂
ОтветитьI wish we had those kinds of apartments in America.
ОтветитьAs a Canadian, I can NOT imagine leaving your shoes on while in your home and especially while you’re in someone else’s home. Where is it normal to leave your shoes on while one’s at home? I see it on TV shows from the US but isn’t that just for the show? Is that real? That’s just so weird to me.
ОтветитьIt reminds me of my place in Songpa-gu. I am moving back next summer. I miss Seoul quite a bit. Yes, I prefer living in an open concept apartment but I don't watch tv at all. How many loft apts did you look at before you chose your apt?
ОтветитьThank You for sharing your home with us. You have a very nice place. I’ve been to Korea years ago I do know how apartments are different then here in the USA. Must say I loved Korea and Korean food. Thanks Again
Ответитьomg where’d you get your coffee table???!
ОтветитьLooks nice.
Alseo she's accent is kinda...... I can not guess where is she from... ☃️
I was thinking about how you converse is somewhat Australian or British. Your apartment is lovely.
ОтветитьClean red wine with white wine or buble water
Ответить😊Nice apartment❤️sister.👌🏻😷Stay safe.👍🏻💖Love from sri lanka.🇱🇰
ОтветитьMost American families don’t wear their outside shoes in the house! But you do however, have them few that know matter how you feel about shoes in your house they act like it don’t apply to them.
ОтветитьHi where did you get your rug? ❤
Ответить🇺🇸🤝🇰🇷
ОтветитьI love this appartement. ❤ The prize is very good. 👍 But the 7000,- is crazy.
ОтветитьA $7000 deposit??? What on Earth for? Is it like a bond where you get it back? Can you please explain the process a little bit more? :)
ОтветитьI lived in Ewha Univ. in 2009 and it's funny how your officetel is EXACTLY the same as mine in terms of layout and size. Brought back some memories. Some things to consider, make sure you get some sealant inserts for the windows as most of the windows leak a bit, which really impacts your heating and cooling bill. Sleep with earplugs and an eyemask if you can do it - it can get bright and loud. Lastly, it cost 10mm jeonse back then as well, and 1.3million Won, so definitely has dropped in price from 14 years ago. Enjoy!!
ОтветитьYour so stunning omg 😍😍
ОтветитьI would go crazy at such a small space as this. I am sure its not as small as some are. I remember a friend's Aunt's place in Seoul was even smaller than this. I am sorry but a kitchen as the first thing you encounter as you walk in, is just a no no for me. I am sure you've done well getting this place in Seoul but I'd rather commute. We all have different priorities and one for me is space. Good luck in your new home though.
Ответитьlove your studio loft! i’d die to have one of those in nyc but the rent is crazy
ОтветитьI might be going to Seoul with my cat in May LOL..... Thanks Anna!!!! ❤
ОтветитьI'm checking AirBnBs in Seoul and they are HALF THE PRICE of Vancouver BC!!!!!!!!! That is so crazy to me! It's so affordable, like 2K a month. I think i'm gonna visit soon! i thought it was gonna be so pricey because it's another country. They are Downtown too! And some accept pets!!!! I'm moind blown!!! ✈👍
Ответить680$!!! That's so affordable!!!!! 👍
ОтветитьIt's cute and functional for a single person, maybe for a couple if you like a mini house, but not for a family. It's nice but I would feel limited. I don't know if I could get used to it
ОтветитьIf you bought so much this apartment price in korean money won?
ОтветитьYou buy this apartment or rent?
ОтветитьDo you get the deposit back?
ОтветитьI can't believe your rent is so cheap in a major area with only one person in such a nice apartment, so happy for you!!
ОтветитьReally your apartment is so nice. A heartful love by Indian to you.❤❤❤.
ОтветитьThank you for showing us your beautiful apartment very nice.
Ответитьin europe you also don't wear shoes inside! (well in most think) especially here in the nordic countries. I have cops on speed dial if someone doesn't take off their shoes lol. I absolutely loved this video, that loft is like a dream of mine to have ❤ i love the tradition to bring toilet paper as a housewarming gift! That's so useful!!
ОтветитьI'm Korean also, but never knew when first coming to someone house need to bring toilet paper
ОтветитьVery interesting nice presentation, she seems really happy, nice appartment.
