The front patio is awful. It needs privacy and greenery. The living room with an angled fireplace turns the house back into an 80’s special. They spent money in the wrong places.

Only thing - i can't see indoor/outdoor facing the street. Doesn't feel right. But I wouldn't say no if someone wanted to give me this house 😅

To be honest I didn't like it that much....it doesn't look like a 3m house at all......who want to hang out with friends in the front patio??!! And living room is awkward and small compared to the kitchen/dinning room, the kitchen also looked....cheap somehow. And the bathrooms all looked normal so how in the world it cost them 500k?!!! Expensive materials doesn't make the house looks expensive at all. It looks cold and uninviting for a modern house which is funny because in Europe modern houses are kind of cold and minimalistic but modern and stylish....black kitchens are not trendy for a while now!! It's all wooden materials,more nature and the industrial look is anything but what they did with this house.

You could build a mansion where I live with a pool on the lake for under their renovation budget on this. How is it even possible to spend a half million on a renovation of a semi detached home that is only 2200 SQ ft?
