I have a few questions, for a photo of the ramen. How do you calculate color theory until you choose a "brown" background?

I just want to know, how to choose the right background color, while using the color wheel? Since the color wheel provides only strong colors, there are no soft browns or other color variations. it confused me.

Please give me advice. Thank you!
