Thailand has an agreement with Britain if you are a pensioner and have moved to Thailand and are paying tax you do not have to pay tax in Thailand. But if you stop paying tax in Britain then you will have to pay tax at the current rate in Britain but in Thailand 20%. you dodge the tax man.

Could you cover SIPP impacts and also rental income along with operating in the UK from a company setup in the new country of residence?

I haven't watched this as I know a bit -don't even leave a paper clip on your name in uk, divorce friends & family ,see Simon Napier Bell example - i.e. once left; don't return.

I am a citizen but i have been working in other countries for many years. I am not sure if filling in the S109 form is enough.

Just a quick question. So if you're working abroad and paying taxes in the country, you're resigning in.
If you want to send money into your UK bank account ,would you be compelled to pay taxes again in the uk ?

Hi, good video!
Can you help me with the making hmrc aware you've left the UK. I'm self employed as I recieve dividends from shares I own. Would changing my address to abroad on my onling account suffice or do I still need to submit a form. Thanks

Doesnt double tax treaty with another country mean that you dont get taxed twice on your income? So if I understand correctly, having ties to the UK shouldnt mean you now have to pay double taxes whilst living and working in another country that the treaty was signed with

Would be great if you could do a video explaining Spanish capital gain tax that will derive from investing in ETF's on various platforms you have done past videos on. mainly for long term accumulation ETF's. and which platforms avoid form 720 reporting if any. Thanks!
