I’m not from UK but as a Queen Mother of Great Britain I would have expected her to live a really high class lifestyle. I’m really surprised that she was only £7m in debt. I understand the uk pm and wife are worth more than 100x that!

Please don't worry about any of this as it does not matter. The current King is a WEF socialist and has spoken many times about being frugal and not growing attached to wealth per se. The main slogan of the WEF is that "You will own nothing and be happy". King Charles will give up all his wealth, including Royal titles and join the people in owning nothing. Just watch and see.

I really enjoyed this brief overview of the Queen Mum's life-style. But what I didn't like were those awful drawings of her majesty and assorted friends. Now we all know that the ladies of the royal family are known for their crooked teeth and thick ankles. We all know that. But your so-called touch-up artist actually made the Queen Mum look more like Marjorie Main in a tiara than our beloved, slightly tipsy Empress. When she was the Duchess of York, she was certainly not known for her generosity regarding the staff's wages. In fact, the honour of being employed by her was considered part of the salary; however, this was mostly compensated when next you applied for a position elsewhere.

The intro to this video doesn't explain how much the Queen Mother actually spent of taxpayer money. Very general figures, except for the Queen Mother's funeral, that can be spun as needed. The point is that the Queen Mother's debts were handled, I am sure properly, by the Queen Elizabeth II. I do think the Queen Mother's support to her husband durig WWII is an importat contribution to her nation. She wasn't useless. Nonetheless, despite the awful photoshop used to add a face that somewhat resembles the Queen Mother, the video is interesting and worth watching.

So the Queen mother managed to get millions from the Queen and the civil list because she was overdrawn at the bank, Yet when she died she had millions in assets? The money William and Harry and the other great grandchildren inherited from her was in effect money laundering.

It always makes me really angry to think that people like the Queen mother would be so very extravagant with tax payers money. When I think of all the poor and often destitute families at that time. All those children going without food, shoes, clothes and often even a home, did she ever consider those unfortunate people I wonder, probably not. Until watching your video I wasn’t aware of how utterly disgustingly snobbish and pampered she was.
