Watching them all wear masks while also touching their masks, their faces, is just laughable. Way to prove in video that the masks they're wearing are worthless.
ОтветитьI didn’t know that initial yelling started in the ‘60’s.
ОтветитьArmy looking good!
ОтветитьMarch 19th, shipping to benning (moore), cant wait
ОтветитьIt's like going to summer camp now. Smh
ОтветитьLove airborne army 🪖 rangers 🤩😨🤩
ОтветитьArmy 🪖🪖 hell 🪖🪖
ОтветитьBad brigade drill sergeant 's.
ОтветитьIt's a nightmare 😔
ОтветитьGlad someone got to eat ☺️😄
ОтветитьThe top 3 fighter pilots in the world.
1.) Kazakhstan
2.) United States
3.) Israel
The US Army does not have Boot Camp.
ОтветитьThe Army does not have Boot Camp.
ОтветитьAdmittedly I cried on the first day in 2004. Hahaha I got off that bus like “what the hell did I get myself into?” Admittedly I cried again on graduation when marching across that field in front of our families. Two totally different types of tears but all worth it! Good work, young men!
ОтветитьAdapt to improve. Staying in the ild ways is not always better.
ОтветитьThe wearing masks is wild lol
ОтветитьWow they do alot on day 1. They come off the bus in full cammies already, know how to stand in formation, and already doing m16s. Wow. It's almost like there's multiple days here, but it says day 1. Crazy.
ОтветитьThis is completely wrong!!! The cursing, physical punishment, etc. has ALWAYS been a part of boot camp. It’s part of the evaluation “is this kid going to crack under pressure?”
ОтветитьNever had this happen in 1991
ОтветитьCheesy... no wonder these kids are weak
ОтветитьMy Stepson is going in soon. I'm concerned he won't make it. He's a bit "too soft". Maybe his Catholic Faith will help him but ...................... ??
ОтветитьAll in cloth masks that protect nothing.
ОтветитьI was an 11 Alpha and 42 Alpha with the 91st Cavalry Regiment and 23rd Infantry Regiment up until 2017. This model of training, in my opinion, would have benefited most of my soldiers, and would have increased their effectiveness. I did ROTC so I never went through boot camp, but I kind of want to go through now.
ОтветитьI graduate from AIT Thursday and it's crazy to look at this video and think about all the smoke session I had to go through to get where I am. 92F baby!
ОтветитьWe did the first 100 yards week 2 of basic in Leonard Wood, very different from this 100 yards, there were checkpoints with more supplies we had to carry the further we went, which includes a massive tire and multiple water canisters, and we did exercises at each one when everyone made it with their supplies. The drill sergeant told us an army value every checkpoint as well.
Our day one we got a lighter version of shark attack, though we never had to carry our bags over our heads, but I do remember a part where we had to arrange the bags dress right dress, which means every bag in the formation had to be in the same arrangement. If we didn’t we had to do push-ups. This was where we met our DS’s/Temp DS’s/SDS’s
What the hell happened to the shark attack and red phase?
ОтветитьIt’s so fun to watch these now that I’m done god dude.
ОтветитьDamn I went throught this at the same place
Ответить1-46 and 1-50
ОтветитьI'm an elderly sedetary female. IDK why these basic training, etc. videos are showing up in my feed but when I watch them, I sit at attention. LOL P.S.: RIP Uncle Bob, Paratrooper in the Battle of the Bulge.
ОтветитьWe didn't do this kind of thing at Ft. Leonard Wood in 1975. I do not recall harassing, shouting by drill sergeants at this level.
ОтветитьWas at Harmony church in 1979 A 9-2
ОтветитьThe point of the shark attack was to start tearing you down mentally but also operate under pressure. This is the type of event we would do on a Sunday when we were bored. However, having been deployed myself I worry greatly for these troops safety in a combat environment.
ОтветитьA lot more purposeful rather than individual insult and belittlement . Make soldiers confident , working as a team . Still maintaining strict discipline. Problem solving skills adapting to changes . Improvising , thinking as a team to accomplish missions . Teach them to be skilled with their equipment and weapons . Confidence is the key , I saw an old British poster from WWII . Picture of a tough German soldier stating . “ He is a master of his weapons . You must be a past master of yours .” Drill , and train constantly . The belittlement of trainees only goes so far . Then it becomes ineffective and insulting .
ОтветитьA Perfect example of the Pathetic Mask Scam.
ОтветитьDAY one for me was ,my Di , barricks , bunks , head , chow , formation , letter home , formation , exercise , chow , head , lights out ...then the fun started at 4:30am
ОтветитьDO THEY HAVE TO RUN ?
ОтветитьWe did not do this day 1. We were yelled to get off the bus and carry “bodies” crates and whatnot around a field.
ОтветитьI love seeing 40 year old dads talking about it not being rough enough. Ah yes screaming in a recruits face will teach them how to be a soldier rather than actually teaching them skills and comradery. The mentality of "It sucked for me, so I want it to be a terrible experience for others also." will just always allude me.
Ответитьthats day 1 of Advanced Infantry training...not Basic training
ОтветитьWhat’s the point of wearing those stupid face mask
ОтветитьThose useless masks are so stupid
ОтветитьBrave and great men to stand up for there country! These guys are amazing.
ОтветитьI like the training
One thing am a Ghanaian and I want to join the US army what should I do
What is this soft shit? Bring back shark attack !😠
ОтветитьThis looks fun
ОтветитьSeriously take off those masks like seriously they’re outside and it’s embarrassing you don’t need them f*ck Covid
ОтветитьIf your platoon won the first 100 yards that was a bad omen because that was the only banner you’d win for your guide on during the duration of basic combat training
Ответить"Winning Matters"
That must be a foreign concept to a lot of these recruits, growing up in school systems that hand out participation awards to everyone and no matter how badly you fail classes, you still somehow pass.
It's For the love of the cross rifles on blue disks....🥲
