Pakistan was part of India. So what is pakistani? All food that pakistanis cook are indian. Mind you indian food is popular not pakistani food. Because the entire world knows Pakistan was part of India so the same type of food is cooked in Pakistan. It is basically indian food.

I've actually tried using the tandoor once before, and I'd have to say, IT IS HOT AS FUCK
The only way to do it right is to go in and out in under 1 second. Spend more time and you'll feel the heat

ramsay is a pro. we all know this. I work at an Indian bistro here in America. 10+ naans/kulchas etc on a given night at any moment is the norm on the tandoor station. It's tough, but with practice, and plenty of singed arm hairs, you can nail it!

you'd think it would be a better idea to take the meat off by sliding it off onto a table at an angle rather then right above the floor. or at least have a plate below to catch it if it drops

I love Gordon Ramsay for the simple fact that he has so much passion. Its hard to see comments calling him an egoist, when he goes out of his way to learn new things, knowing that he'll fuck it up. But he accepts failure, and uses it to keep going and try harder to make it right the next time. That is why he is one of the best.
