day 2: it felt easier today, really felt in my core, but i did use the modifications alot😭
day 3: did daisy keech ab workout insteag
day 4: i did daisy keech again, i think i’m gonna start doing that instead😭

ОтветитьOkay, I'm going to start trying to do this everyday for 14 days. I'll start in five minutes, and I'm just going to write done for each day as they go by. Maybe it'll help me stay motivated.
Day 1: I did it. I'm sweating and breathing heavily, but I did it.
Day 2: Done. I think I've gotten a bit better?

ОтветитьWow! Intense but I loved it. I'm SO grateful for your workouts. I workout so much more because I think to myself "Yes, I have 5 minutes. Yes, I can workout for 10 minutes..." And because of these bite sized workouts, I am more consistent I have great results! I'm more slim and toned than ever. Now I believe in consistency and the power of 8 minutes! thank you <3
