He is a lier.
10% interest rate was not in any public sector banks FD in 2007 or 2008.
PSU banks were offering 7.5- 9% interest for FD at that time. Google it with year 2007.
He says, current inflation is 6% 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Last 4 years real inflation was above 15%, as a CA and worked in SBI cap and other leading financial institutions he knows it very well.
That's why I called him a lier instead of a fool.
If he is a fool,he will be broken within 5 years.
What’s his total savings? I want to see exact numbers. Otherwise it’s bullshit to believe.
ОтветитьLet him finish man. Sooo annoying Sharan. Painful to watch.
ОтветитьWith deepest of respect I do disagree with this notion in mind that I shall retire before 50. Mukesh Ambani or Adani or Mr Tata would have then retired in their 50s....it is absolutely bogus idea..one should work till his or her health permits and simultaneously invest in assets that can beat inflation in longer horizon
ОтветитьSharan should work in format.. Introduction of guess and their is all over place and length is short cover all experiences of guest
Ответить@sharan please slow down.. you are very fast n cutting every sentences of the guest😅. Let them complete n also the ending is very abrupt.. it can improve
Ответить100KM/Day ? Common man I feel this guy is making up all these
Ответить75× annual expenses definitely wouldn't be enough!!!
ОтветитьHe said he was not an exceptional student but went on to get AIR 25. 👌🙌
ОтветитьWatching these channels nowadays, don't want to learn arrogance and all young generation think it is new nom
ОтветитьBhai ek roadmap bhi dijiye na plz on this.
ОтветитьWhat is debt investment?
ОтветитьYea let him speak in more detail
Ответитьhe wont let that guy complete his statement 😂
Ответить2010 mein fd rate 10% kidhar tha PSU bank mein? Apan kidhar the bhai tab, yaad nai aa raha…. 2008 mein tha sayid …..but 2010-12 mein 8.5 Taka hi tha….. koi check karke Batao bhai…
ОтветитьWhat is his net worth ( if he disclosed)
ОтветитьMet Sandeepji in Pune Last year .. such a good human being
ОтветитьThe 1% Millionaires stay rich by staying off high interest debts and investing passively. Personally i made my first million from having investments that spreads across stocks, etfs, coins and bonds, looking into Nfts .What i can say to early investors is diversification and solid management..at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor Emily Lois Parker. It's been great.
ОтветитьLovely Sandeep sir
ОтветитьWhat the hell is annual expenses, i mean how is the guy even quantifying
ОтветитьHere is my guess at your success: you lived 13 years of your life where the Markets were protected by the Fed and government, Too-big-to-fail lies were used and free money abounded. And you were smart enough to take advantage of it. Real estate went unrealistically high, BTC is stupidly over-valued. In a nutshell, it was hard NOT to make money during the past dozen years or so.
ОтветитьWhen you compare beer biceps podcast . The question are more curiosity from beer biceps but with finance with sharan it is more like questioning..
ОтветитьBro please channel in hindi
ОтветитьBro please channel in hindi
Ответить100 km a day cycling?? Joking or what 😅
ОтветитьLove the FIRE concept and I was working toward my FIRE goal and achieved it when I turned 32 last year. However since then I have come to realize I appreciate only the FI part of FIRE. While the freedom to retire is there I love to keep working on my passion. Great interview which a lot of insights
ОтветитьI’m closing in on retirement, and I'd love to move from Minnesota to a warmer climate, but home prices are ridiculous now, and mortgage price skyrocketing on a roll... do I wait for a crash, or go ahead and buy house anyways?
ОтветитьArey Sharan let him answer the question. And lot of dots are not connected..I don't even remember 10 per rate of FD..how come he did that for 15 years.
ОтветитьYeah !! I learnt something ...
ОтветитьHe did not give out numbers :)
ОтветитьHow much you are earing for these videos sharan, or what is the target you have aimed to reach
ОтветитьIrritating interview
ОтветитьSharan don't try to show off as you are more brilliant by asking question before he finishes. These questions can be better asked by anybody than you. Don't be rush to be rich. Any way illiterate believe you are brilliant.
ОтветитьBe rich like Sharan, without doing anything. Just taking interview of others and making the society as fools. Lot of supports like 🐫 eating dates in desert will make him more rich.
ОтветитьWhats this Interview for? How to retire early when you work abroad for 10+ years scoring all india ranking of top 100? Whats the target audience, like top 1000 employees? Please come up with people achieving F.I.R.E whose passport is a virgin and who never appeared for any all India exams that can be referred by millions.
I am trying hard with a 2nd class degree in Engineering from not even top 10 college within the state and hoping to retire by 38-40 and was happy to see such topic on thumbnail but it's of no use.
Retiring early may sound good but beleive me you won;t be able to pass your day without a meaningful job....a career not only bring money but also engagements, social acceptance, discipline and opportunity to share and care.... else multimillionaires won't work
ОтветитьThe marh doesn't add up, the guy in his livemint article said his monthly expense is 3lac also in this video saying, if we consider house the corpus increses from 50x to 75x. So 25x would be 9cr, dont think his 4bhk will cost 9cr in Pune. Also in mint article he said he retired with 100x monthly expnse.
ОтветитьSandeep never lets Sharan to complete his question.
Ответитьbro you got bored from your work it means you are not working on anything meaningful...AND STFU bro you look 40 and saying retried early 😭
ОтветитьGreat thoughts! The year is almost over and very glad about the decisions I have made so far. Investing in the market earlier this year regardless of the market conditions has saved my life. I made over 70k USD with a start of 25k in the last 7 months. I know it's nothing compared to what others make but I'm glad I'm changing my finances. If things keep going well I might retire soon>.
ОтветитьRetirees who struggle to meet their basic needs are the ones who could not accumulate enough money during their active years to meet their needs. Retirement choices determine a lot of things. My parents both spent same number of years in the civil service, but my mom was investing through a wealth manager, and my dad through the 401k.
ОтветитьSharan bhai thoda dimag lagaya karo har jagah muh utha dete ho jab wo bol rha hai 15 yr + fd to tu kyu pooch rha hai ki covid ke pehle ki baad m ye bhi koi poochne ki baat hoti hai anpad
ОтветитьHe is smarter than Sharan😉
ОтветитьListen to each other first. Let one complete and then start. 😮 This is more of a news debate.
Such an over acting this guy is.
Had a doubt here ?
Since he has retired so for rest of his life he will only eat and spend from what he saved ?? Or side by side he invested too so that his money could grow simultaneously 🧐
So i wanna know what is financial literacy and how can i achieve it
As i m 15 yr old and parents are kinda more inclined towards study i wanna know how to start early
First time heard a FIRE person saying I am lazy😂 . Sir you werent lazy, your job in IB was very hectic. The got burnt out doinf long working hours in your job. Wish you all the best. Luck only comes to high achievers.
ОтветитьInvesting is better
ОтветитьRetirement doesn't mean doing nothing and only travelling around the world. After retiring early main problem lies and in managing money and not over spending. We shouldnt chase a retirement age instead try to find some part time hobbies and try persuing a new career where money isnt the ultimate goal. Like some part time consultancy of any skill you have inherited.
ОтветитьQuickly wrapped up
Ответить
