Extra lives hard to get character doesnt jump high enough after first few kills

4.99USD (or 4.19GBP) at the moment. Struggling to get the Extra Lives achievements to pop with or without the cheat code. If I intentionally die it only shows 2 lives left. I get a Trophy symbol for killing the enemy, not the Head shown in your video (XBox Series X). EDIT: You may have to kill enemies or turrets, subject to RNG and I can't see a pattern. Got up to 4. Struggling to get 5..

Not for 10 dollars or 8.39 GBP. I'll wait for a sale or more Gamerscore. Thanks anyway.
