More and more WOKE cannot lead to anything good. I remember the fear expressed that Trump as president had the nuclear button. Please explain to me how a man who spent his life developing fine RE projects would want to destroy them in a nuclear fireball and why anyone would believe that he would. Trump's big mistake was vowing to drain the swamp, that gained him millions of dangerous enemies.

Even if a woman is smart she still needs rich, successful males to get ahead. These two white, privileged, entitled males talking about a 60 something predatory, white, privileged entitled male and defending his actions against 20 year old females. It's not about consenting adults Mr. Weinstein, it's about the power and wealth dynamic. Old, wealthy, powerful, males going after females young enough to be their grand-daughters. Shameful.

I have just discovered this podcast and I think it is amazing. You hit on things that many people I'm sure have entertained but dare not speak of. Even though you can't speak plainly about some subjects it is understandable where you are going with it and I love the fact that you question things and are so honest. I am also relieved to find like minded people, and that you see the same things I do and think about much of what I do, and that the world has not gone completely crazy, yet.

Why does anyone listen to Sam Harris? He cannot base his ideology on anything of substance.

Just mind blowing how absolutely, chronically wrong Sam Harris is on Trump. He hangs the core of his argument on the Russia lie (which was obvious even at the time of this interview) and just cannot put Trump in the moral context of the grotesque corruption, warmongering, death, slaughter and greed that was going on in the 20 years (at least) up to his election. The core issue is that the people do not want what the elites are selling. Since 2016 (Trump & Brexit) this has actually resulted in the elites declaring war on the people. They are in the process of criminalising dissent and confecting a war against Russia. Meanwhile they double down on all the insanity that started the rebellions in the first place.

I used to never take notes in math, up until after vector calc & differential equations. Once I started getting into the nitty gritty with proofs, abstract algebra, real analysis, & topology, I was sort of forced to take notes. But I definitely shared in the feeling that my note taking was severely hindering my ability to learn. However, if I didn't write down the example proof's structure, I would be completely and utterly lost on how to start my proofs from a structural/architectural point of view. The ideas of a proof was natural for me, but the manipulation of the symbols themselves was incredibly difficult for me. I would often help my classmates come up with the ideas on how to solve the homework exercises. But they would take my ideas, write them down more correctly than I could, and end up getting higher grades. It felt horrible, honestly.

Sam: I've watched less than 45 minutes of a DAILY NEWS SHOW that puts out hours of content every week, but yet I'm totally convinced they're all lying and I'm now going to explain how they're lying by first explaining how they hurt my feelings when they called me out for being a jackass on their show.
