Great Tip from a great Teacher! Thanks for the Video's!
ОтветитьMy chipping went straight to hell in one day!!!
ОтветитьSo I've been watching your videos, you changed my swing over night. I just can't believe how I am hitting the ball. Def joining your school to really hone in on my game. I feel I have no limitations now. Thank you for your superb knowledge!!!!!!
ОтветитьI wonder if 50 yards out you still approach the same way
ОтветитьLove the idea, but I'm confused. When you demo the actual shot, your left wrist DOES hinge, which is what I thought we're supposed to avoid.
ОтветитьThis is your best video. Your future videos may not may contradict what you do or say here.
ОтветитьCrispy chips like Lays 👌🏻
ОтветитьReally good stuff, 100% know the right arm has to stay out of there. Never thought about it never being straight, you have probably helped me stop getting a bit of the yips at times.
ОтветитьVery good information
ОтветитьThe part about breaking it down to geometry and physics, and referring to your body as a machine, and the left arm as the radius not allowing the right arm to take over, is simply excellent. Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat Video, have watched so many chipping and pitching ones, but you were spot on ..! cheers..
ОтветитьTom, what would you say is the longest chip using this method?
ОтветитьAm chipping the best ever with this technique. You definitely are the best instructor on the web!!
ОтветитьIndefinitely will be trying this for sure.
ОтветитьI’m learning to use my hybrids. Which are all the clubs in my bag, no irons. This is a different concept for me to get use to, but I’m not giving up on them. 😂
ОтветитьHow many yards are you calling a chip shot?
ОтветитьCan watch this video forever Tom. So simple, so good. Have a great day.-Russ
ОтветитьTom
Physics 101 finally helping me...used to be good chipper..no fear of chunking or topping after your lesson.
.fear not good in golf!
Watched Payne Stewart chipping years ago....I finally know how to emulate the guy thought to be best chipper around. Dennis
Best Golf instruction on earth.
ОтветитьGreat points.......will use this on chipping to help positioning the ball scoring on the green. 🙂
ОтветитьExcellent, struggling with my chipping, will try this!
ОтветитьLove the tips😊☘️
ОтветитьI have spent $1400 on lessons this year trying to fix my short game. I can chip with my left arm only and my chipping goes berserk when I put my right hand on the club. I think this is going to help a lot.
ОтветитьWhat is the best grip pressure to use in golf?
ОтветитьTom, this is the missing key for my. I have been following and using your Stack n Tilt this year and at age 78 out driving my JR friends by mikes but can’t chip. I have been locking both my arms in the chipping swing and cancels out the great drive. I can’t wait until the local temps drop under the 100’s so I can get out there. Thanks Tom.
ОтветитьWow, I can't wait to try this. Thank you so much for sharing
ОтветитьWas watching your video, couldn't chip (SKULLED IT), so had to attempt this. I kept my right arm in and left arm straight. I hit it pure baby bullseye! I felt cocky so moved back about 50 yards. I'm pretending the pin is between two trees(15' apart). I would have had my first 50 yard chip in! Your right man, "it's like cheating haha" thanks again!
ОтветитьWhen you show a video about chipping or pitching you need to let your audience see where/what your shots look like going to the green. Great tips though.
ОтветитьOutstanding
ОтветитьHes the best
ОтветитьJust a great teacher no other way to say it thanks
ОтветитьI've been a member for a couple of years. Love the simple facts that make me a better golfer.
ОтветитьBrilliant. Always felt the right arm was the problem but didn’t know what to do with it. Watched so many chipping / pitching videos but always felt right was the problem. Thought it was wrist action but this clarifies it immensely. Heading to the range soon to work on this. Your videos are so focused. Thank you!!
ОтветитьThanks very much Tom, really enjoying your easy to understand tips and fun coaching. Best regards, Geoff, Merimbula Australia
ОтветитьThanks I needed this info
ОтветитьGreat Lesson, Can you tell us the weight distribution for both feet. Thanks
ОтветитьWhat about for the full swing?
ОтветитьBrilliant tip thanks Tom mike from England
ОтветитьThis a very important video. After adopting Saguto Golf S&T I've been peppering the ball, but screwing up my scoring with poor pitching and chipping...
My questions are; 1.) Would you implement this technique on tight lies? 2.) Can this approach be applied to the flop shot?
Lastly, I'd like to thank you Tom for one of your old 'long hair' videos on grip. During a recent round, I started hooking the ball. After watching that video I realized I had inadvertently strengthened my grip. Thanks to you I've returned to the fairway.
Peace...
Drove the ball excellent today . My chips were horrible . Ya showed me exactly what I was doing wrong ! Perfect ! Just pressed the subscription button 👍 .
ОтветитьThis is the best explanation for consistent chipping and pitching. In my opinion I think the key is tucking the right arm in so that the left arm becomes the dominant arm. This keeps the circle as you describe and the swing feels natural and less robotic!
Ответитьi think you are the savior of golf you have helped me no end ! legend
ОтветитьHi Tom, I’ve gotten into a bad habit of shanking every chip shot, will this tip help with my problem?
ОтветитьChipping was always my down fall very productive video helped me a ton
ОтветитьGreat advice, Tom. I think this will really help me. Thanks.
ОтветитьI have been trolling for a good chipping/pitching technique, I think I have found it, Thanks a Bunch
