But the game should have a button for 100% or the highest realism they can do.

I know your rally team might not like this because it’s a game but there is hardcore damage mode it’s not a mod either and there is co driver noise if you didn’t know they just turned it off but I would like to see you play this game or show us a real rally done by you

DR and DR2.0 are really forgiving.
I'm not a good driver really but in DR there was a short stage I used to be able to to completely flat out frome start to finish in the Mini.

Tire deg is trash in this game, but the diffs are spot on. I spent most of my tuning trying to get the diffs to handle the way I need them to.

A bit odd hes playing in chase cam and ges using a wheel rig. I use a controller and use bonnet cam because it is easier to control and is more immersive

Could you please do a video where you explain your force feedback settings for dirt rally 2 and your settings in the game to make it feel as realistic in a SIM as it does in real life? particularly the tire friction and wheel friction and center force are settings. I don’t quite understand them yet and I’m not sure how it should feel because I’ve never driven a real rally car.
I am using the Fanatec podium (20 Nm) at 70%.

I'm rather frustrated dirt 2.0 as I may be spoilt by the beautiful physics in BeamNg and assetto corsa but dirt rally just can't get it right. Aside from the borked tarmac physics the cars don't seem to actually steer but more yaw with a slip angle. Also the suspension on a lot of the cars feels like tuning a block of wood and there's hardly any of the lovely weight transfer like we see in AC for example.

I play this in VR it is bum-clenching.

i could never understand, why you get a rally simulation, a wheel and all and then you drive in go pro on car roof mode
it feels more dangerous to not be in the cockpit, just by watching xD
