ОтветитьThis method turned out so much better than I would have expected I could have done. I will continue to eat asparagus cooked by other means. I just will not continue to cook asparagus by other means.

ОтветитьI'm so confused about the blanching. When I read The ingredients it talked about blanching. But when I read the actual recipe the step-by-step it didn't say anything about it. Can somebody please explain it to me a little bit better. Also when I watch the video he doesn't put the oil in until after he put the asparagus in and the smoke starts rising. In the actual recipe it says to put the oil until the smoke starts and then put the asparagus in and so I am completely confused. If somebody can explain it to me a little bit better I would appreciate it because it does look delicious. Thank you!
