I like it when doctors are not talking about metformin. Hibscus tea, cinnamon and lemon juice work very well for me.

I appreciate all your awesome advice. I am a long time Type 2 Diabetic, but two things I can NOT Stand are Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon. So how am I suppose to drink this mixture? Any alternatives? I can't make myself do it. The smells alone are horrific.

I make a big mixture and refrigerate it and after I finish drinking my coffee in the morning, I then drink a shoot in the morning and before I go to bed, and it works wonders, I lost 40 pounds.

How does one drink lemon juice and.or suck on lemons? So sour. I will do your drink but will have to use honey to be able to put it in my mouth.I have done the apple cidar mornings with water, but again have to use honey, it makes my throat gag. I cover/hide the sweet and sour buds to drink it and shove it down my throat, works better with warm water. A straw way in the baack of the mouth works better to. Any tips
