Those heroes flying under the radar but with great buffs, like Muerta, Riki, Lifestealer, Undying, Dawnbreaker, Slardar. They might be the true winners of this, after all, cause their « free shit » won’t be nerfed.

Spectral blade seems pretty broken. How do you lane against a WK that maxes spectral blade on lvl 7? You get hit for like 400 damage every 12 seconds. Good luck laning against that...
