Multidisciplinary seminar closing ceremony.

CASE STUDY
The foutth module is dedicated to the resolution of a strategic case study, in relationship with the aspects presented before, by group of five students.
This module is divited into two main steps :
- Teams have 24 hours to make a global strategic diagnosis of the case. At the end of these 24 hours, they provide their coach with a note of three pages summarizing their proposal.
- After a feddback given by each coach concerning the strategic diagnosis, teams have to develop original strategic scenarios, to choose onte strategic option and to explain how they would implement it (impact on the classical dimensions of the firm: human resources, marketing, finance, production, supply chain, but also with regard to sustainability, the multi-polar world and corporate social responsibility).

A Challenge ....
Four to five teams will compete in the final run. Coached on their presentation skills they will have the opportunity to present during the first part of the closing ceremony. The best teams will defend their project in front of a jury composed of business executives and academics. At the end of this jury, two teams will receive an award: the prize of the jury and the prize of the audience.
