Wabi-Sabi Modern Japanese Inspired Small Home

I just can't get past that price. Wow! That's one expensive tiny home! I just can't help think of all you could get with $500K. And I'm seeing this video for the first time. Four years have passed. What would it cost now? Although it is very very beautiful! I was thinking, yeah, I could this tiny home . . . but, not on my income! LOL

from 13 minutes onwards was my favourite part……I was waiting patiently for the whole episode……how living next to her mum and being a loving benevolent support for each other and the adult grandkids has enriched everyone’s lives immensely . Well done…..xo

This house is quality and design and beauty all together, I am blown away, genius and tastefully designed! And that beautiful garden is everything, what a joy to have that little oasis. Pretty expensive amongst tiny houses but it makes sense, I think it's more like a work of art. The person who designed it did an incredible work, I wonder what else they have created.

400K... where I live that will literally get you a beautiful mansion. 4 car garage, large deck, multi bedroom, fully finished basement, in a very nice neighborhood. A house like hers where I live would cost you around 60-80k.

So zen and a surprise of how much space it has. Love the garden too. The shape, geometric windows and large kitchen. The only thing I would change is to have a full bathroom on main because do not like walking up stairs on a full bladder lol. Gorgeous. Tks for the invite to your private oasis.

I would’ve liked to use the windows to see outside and be one with nature.
The budget seemed really high though. 500k for a tiny house is a little much. People build tiny houses to save money. It doesn’t seem efficient.
I love her story and the opportunity to be next to her mom.

$500k for 650 Sq ft??? Not affordable for most folks. Makes a tiny house on a trailer a no brainer. House is very nice though. But the cost...

The architect should have framed the house and signed the bottom right-hand corner. A beautiful home for a beautiful person. For me this is one of the most inspiring smaller homes I have seen. I love how it was a family affair to bring it into being and bless us all.

I don't always comment on these vids, but been subbed for a while and absolutely love watching them all but, WOW, holy crap is this house awesome!!! The whole history of why it was done is fantastic and it looks amazing! One of my favourite ones I've seen!
