I feel so sick my lungs are killing me my brain spins like a tornado I sweat like a waterfall, if I close my eyes it feels like I am falling down forever when I try to get up my legs goes weak and fails me when I eat I vomit it all up after 5min I thought I was very sick... but my doctor said you suffer "Stress" he pointed me to this music told me to listen to it every night when I go to sleep, Now I feel super well I can eat I can sleep I can go long walks my lungs arent killing me anymore, so thank you Tranquil Music, without knowing it you did save a mans life <3

I attacked my 7 month pregnant sister, I didn't hurt her or lay a finger on her but I did scared her. I feel ashamed of myself and everyday since she moved out I been beating myself up. Everyday I feel like I'm getting more and more useless.

I am unsure what I should or can do next, I don't forgive myself and I can't let it go. I had a history of violence outburst, I'm also 20 years old and I feel like I might end up behind bars. Maybe that's for the best. I'm not good looking, I have a bad voice, I'm fat, I can't fight, I can't stand up for myself, I can't speak my mind besides on the internet. I feel like I hurt myself way more than my sister for the past 20 years. I've been homeschool since the 5th grade and I don't have any exciting dreams to look forwards to. I'm almost 20 years old and I feel like I already wasted my life.
