Esta receta ha sido mi solución para mis nietos,la hago a cada momento.gracias por esa buena receta,y muy económico

I made this. First of all im a good baker. I have made more than 1000 brownies and i got the flaky crust on top every single time. Alhamdulilah
But this one. Okay so it wasn’t flaky crust. It was shiny sticky top that we get with ALOT OF SUGAR. There’s a difference in flaky and sticky shiny.
So for me this recipe was okay okay. Cus first it has alot of sugar that at some time i felt like im eating candy.
Moreover i enhanced the taste by adding 1 tsp of coffee in it. But i guess 1 tsp wasnt enough to maintain the sugar balance. I like my brownies a slight bitter. So i added dark bitter chunks on top

Após mil receitas testando, essa foi a que me salvou, o ponto batumadinho e casquinha ficam perfeitos, só um detalhe se colocar o cacau 50% tem que reduzir a quantidade do açúcar pois achei que ficou BEM DOCE com essas 300 gramas, eu sugiro que seja umas 220 gramas no máximo ou no caso usar cacau 100%.

1/2 Cup of Cocoa powder
1/2 Cup + 3 tbsp vegetable oil or cooking oil.
3 medium eggs
1 cups + 1/2 Cup of sugar
1/2 Cup of all-purpose flour.
Supplementary Ingredients
3/4 tsp salt.
1 tsp vanilla.

Mba maaf ini mixer berapa lama ya..saya sudah berkali kali rebake jd ga selalu si shiny crushnya keluar...saya sudah amati tapi blm nemu jawabannya...

I tried this recipe just for the texture but so disappointed as it turned out to be a tea cake.
