ОтветитьOmg. That was challenging. I've been out of practice with pilates and this reminded me how out of iT I am .lol
Now I see why I was in such good shape in my 30s and 50s doing this on the regular. For some people who say this isn't a real workout and anyone can do it, need to try this. Bet they'll change their tune 😄.
I'm just proud of myself for completing this even with some modifications I gave myself. Thank you.

ОтветитьNot a full body honestly, no proper back exercises at all, I feel like they are really naturally important. Yes a lot of ab work, a lot of leg work, some stretches and core, but no even 5 min back exercises in a row in 60 minutes? Like really... 60 min is not a small amount of time and I feel like my spine had no proper strength workout. And it's a problem with so many pilates classes imho especially considering a lot of people work in offices or study, spine is so so important. a full hour yet I still have to spend more time to work my back. It's like doing the same muscles over and over again. Abs, core, legs, abs, core, legs, abs, core, abs, core, stretch and exercises are so similar as well. Repetitive and boring

ОтветитьFabulous! Thank you! I really appreciate how you narrate your workouts. I have never liked workouts when the instructor is not talking while they are doing it because it always ends up disconnected. But you are really good at it; you still give specific cues to transitions and small adjustments right on time, just as if you are working at the same time.
