About a week ago, I started to work at private school. I am teaching 3 and 4 graders. Making students listen to me is being a little bit difficult.
How can I make my students respect me?
Thanks beforehand.

Can you please make a video about sounds of the the words Game Online
Hi Jema. Firstly, great video tips, I've learnt a lot from them. I'm looking at looking getting back into teaching after 7 years being out from it (I had been an Cadet Force instructor for 13 years, teaching 12-18 and some adults, so have a good idea of lesson plans, class layout, and interaction etc...), but for me, I would like to get my TEFL qualification and teach abroad, but have realised it'll be a different ball game to what I'm used to. So my question is, how would you start/structure your very first lesson into teaching English/Introduction to the English language. I am potentially looking at the 4-18 year old age group!?
