Bhirrana is the oldest site found so far.. and calling it a Harappan site is like calling south Asian tigers as Bengal tigers..

India's history is older than history itself.

They need to excavate Kashi, if it really want’s to stand to the claim that it’s the world’s oldest city. We need physical evidence to support these claims. As of now a Palestinian city holds the place for the world’s oldest continuously inhabited city. I understand Varanasi is inhabited and people live there and it might not be so easy, but it has to be done for the sake of History. Also like people have said in the comments, the underwater portion of Dwaraka needs more archeological research, there was extremely old carbon dating documented there but it’s not yet fully conclusive.

They are not giving jobs to History students ...So the value of studying history in india is in negative except few exceptions
