The punch that ends your life. No thanks.
Not allowed in MMa. one of these and you are dead. Implode your heart or liver. NOT MMA material, that stuff is easy.

Still, if you put him in the octagon, ngannou gonna put him to sleep
Hallo everybody,
sorry for my question, can you suggest an on line store where to check for a makiwara, and in general for traditional training karate tool?
Thanks so much.
Pietro
So unnassuming and joyous🙏
Boxers be like crying "you cant hit a bag without gloves" 🤣🤣🤣
The video stated bad comments. Who would have the nerve? I trained Tang Soo Do with Masters that were in Chuck Norris's school. These two guys were monsters. New age kids would not last.

Ответитьi would like to see him fight a boxer
Ответитьmy sensei told us stories of him when they were in albuquerque and all the hilarious things kancho sensei said. apparently once out of nowhere this little old man who could kill you in an instant just pulled up his shirt and said “american hairy” no joke
Oss !!!
Greetings from Egypt 👋 🇪🇬
Powerful strike = technique + throwing in body-weight (like Mike Tyson)
Does leather makiwari have any padding underneath?
Hi where is the sensei at in okinawa?
Would luv to know if he uses any ointment to toughen his skin?
Seems the master is having great fun filming this and goes all the way out risking injury lol
Dziekuje bardzo! CZESC.
I would’ve been crying holding my hand whether I broke them or not, sensei’s power is just amazing
Real life mr miyagi
Boards Don't Hit Back" Only Joking this Master is a Living Legend' Admiration and Respect from England' I could not punch my way out of a wet paper bag✌️🧐🇬🇧🇺🇦
Wie oft machen diese Typen Liegestütze?
I am surprised at people, he broke the board not because of the strength of his hands, but because of the strength he applied, so don't be stupid that the boxer will have a higher punching power.
Cedar makes your bruised knuckles smell nice
I can only dream to be as tough as this man. Can’t wait to gain a body like this and use it for something like kickboxing. This man would’ve been a great kickboxer in his hay day
This is it, that's the stuff. So humble. So mortal.
Ответитьany boxer (even bad one) would destroy him in few seconds..
Can you show us how to break a board? I've been dying to know!!
ОтветитьMAKIWARA @
I can appreciate this amazing man and I don't understand why anyone would have anything negative to say unless it was rooted in jealousy. I admire and respect all martial artists everywhere, I do not practice myself nor do I intend to, my sport was/is boxing but I found some of the punching techniques demonstrated here useful (with some modification) useful in my boxing workouts. Even though I am not active any more, I still workout and am interested in improving my skills.
