Elementor Kits Tutorial (2021)

Any idea how to undo if you appied a kit by mistake? Tutorial I read led me to beleive I could use kit import to import a single page templete, but that appears to be untrue and I've messed my entire site.

Can you choose to import just portions of the kit? For instance I just would like the Post Archives Page and the Single Post Page but nothing else.

Do I still need a Theme before using the kits or are they a theme in their own right ? If so what theme do they use ?

Nice video but perhaps redo showing complete procedure of importing and exporting and what needs to be done to make it work correctly such as removing previous pages and duplicates upon import etc
