Nice. But can it run Crysis?
ОтветитьNice desktop, I'm building one now using 5/4 maple and it is S3S as well, but I have had a heck of a time getting the joints acceptable. I tried using my 6" jointer but with the long boards, about 70" I can't manage them accurately on the jointer. Any anything special about your ripping setup that gets you glue-ready boards? Blade? Setup? Other?
Ответитьwonderful
ОтветитьWhat kind of wood is it and how thick
Ответить😂😂😂cut the end of the table for 4times? Buy a mafell and cut 1 time.😅😅😅
ОтветитьGreat voice over, tips and tools reccommendations. Some extra comments are funny, some distracting. Thank you.
ОтветитьDon't go to chiropractors. They're fake doctors
ОтветитьNoce, thanks!
Ответитьimposible whitout tools, i tried but i have a rustic table jaja
ОтветитьIt is nice to see woodworkers who aren't lazily slathering everything in gallons of epoxy.
Ответитьi know this was 3 years ago but how much does something like this cost?
Im looking to get something exactly like this done for my wife and I
Who uses the most wood?
ОтветитьWatching these kind of videos make me realize what an absolute amateur I am ha ha!
ОтветитьPerfect video: straight to the point, good pace. You can see a professional at work and it is inspiring. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьIt looks beautiful..
ОтветитьGreat job wonder how much it costs?😅
Ответитьi had thought that i might give something like this a try but there are far too many specialized tools necessary.that and its way beyond my skill set
ОтветитьVery nice work! Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьTitebond 2 for glue?
ОтветитьHi great video just subscribed those are some big tops.
ОтветитьThanks for the video!
Would be good to know how much something like this cost
Also how heavy is the end product, want to make something like this to use as desktop for computer/workstation with right angle to wall instead of stands, but just wondering if the right angle to walls would be stronge enough to support
great video, thank man, Mjust wondering why you have a Mirka and a rotex sander ?
Ответитьwhere do you find S3S ? Joel
ОтветитьGreat table man
Ответитьgreat work man! Hoping to make a desk for myself and this really helped!
ОтветитьCurious, how much did you pay for BOF, for that hard maple?
Thanks
Nice work sir.
ОтветитьIf only I could rip my boards that easily, newbie here
ОтветитьI just tried the Scotchbrite technique and it is magical 😅 the desk’s surface came out super smooth! Thank you Walker!
ОтветитьMerhaba, kanalınızda videolar neden durdu acaba ?
ОтветитьGood job , no short cuts.
Ответитьdidn't know polyurethane is available as water-based. I like my oil-based stuff better, tho.
ОтветитьI use a router with a biscuit cutting bitt to speed up the biscuit cutting process.
Ответитьlove the work dude keep it up
ОтветитьDa fuck? Why video picture such unstandable?
ОтветитьSweet
ОтветитьI just starting looking for someone to build a table top for a drafting table I own. I love the top in this video. Would love something similar to this. Any chance you would be interested in the job?
ОтветитьWhere do I even find wood surfaced on 3 sides? Jointing is the hardest part, especially long boards.
Ответитьquick tip, yes the quarter inch bit will accommodate some inaccuracies in making the channel for the c channel but if you want, after enstablishing where to put the straight edge for the first channel, just put the c channel itself up against the straigh edge and use that as the new fence for the second pass of the router to have the perfect width
ОтветитьAwesome table! What stain/finish did you use ?
ОтветитьAwesome video and 'how to' on a great project.
ОтветитьYou never explained how the channels are used? we did not see any holes for bolts or any other type of attachment? how are people supposed to attach such a heavy to some kind of legs ?
ОтветитьYou are a real craftsman
ОтветитьHow do you get a extra large, flat, level work bench area so that when you make the project it comes out flat and even? Even my garage floor is not really flat and level. That seems like the hard part.
ОтветитьWell done
ОтветитьI know you're tough, but your wrists will thank you later if you get help flipping stuff like that. Ulnar nerve doesn't play. Just a thought. Excellent and near ideal build.
ОтветитьThat’s a beautiful table top. Really good film.
ОтветитьHi Sir what is the size of this table?
